Thanks Keller for your detailed response.
I agree with all that you have said – and have since writing it decided it is in ALL the company's interests but not specifically any one of them. So it would make sense to approach as though it is underway. or possibly, I just approach one major company first and sign them to gain accreditation and carry on from there.

Thanks so much for your advice and I will keep an eye on your site and letters.

I just registered to your forum. I like the features…looks like phpBB will have some competition. I might suggest we put one on our Onesuite blog. We're using wordpress too.
