Hi Keller,

I am interested in starting one of Yarak's programs. I've come across 2 that seem good, here on your site. Can you tell me the difference between the “Become a Blogger” Program which closes in a few days and the “Blog Mastermind” program? Focus, length of time, price, etc.

Great question Hannah!

Probably the biggest difference between the two is Become a Blogger is a video-based course. Each lesson is provided as a video so you can see the steps. Blog Mastermind is a mix of videos, audio and content.

Another difference (in my opinion) is Become a Blogger focuses quite a few videos on setting up your blog. It explains why you should use WordPress, how to set up web hosting, etc. Blog Mastermind touches on these areas, but doesn’t focus on them.

Another difference is Become a Blogger focuses a lot on utilizing multimedia on your blog (videos, images, audio). Blog Mastermind discusses podcasting and focuses a lot on content creation (blog posts) and even discusses selling blogs.

The last difference is the price. Become a Blogger costs $47/mo for 6 months and Blog Mastermind costs $97/mo for 6 months (or a one-time payment of $497).

Both programs offer videos, content, audio, a member’s forum and resources. I’ve really enjoyed Blog Mastermind so far. I’m planning on joining Become a Blogger this week as well.

I think Become a Blogger is a great course for people who need to learn how to create a blog and for those who want to focus on multimedia creation. Also, if you learn best by watching videos, this would be a good course for you.

Blog Mastermind is a serious course for turning your blog into your full-time income source. You might get lost if you don’t know how to create a blog, though it does touch on that a little. It focuses on how to create killer content, how to set up a newsletter and how to get your name out there.
