Well, the interview with Yaro was absolutely fantastic and ended up lasting almost 2 hours! So, I’ve decided to divide the podcast into three parts. The first two are made up of questions you submitted for Yaro. The third is made up of my own questions.

Topics Discussed:

  1. What blogging platform do you suggest beginners who want to make money through blogging use – Blogger or Wordpress?
  2. How can I easily transfer my current sites onto blogs?
  3. To blog vs. to niche…. Is it overkill to have both an authority blog and several niche auto pilot sites? Should you just focus on one blog for awhile?
  4. What elements do you look for when choosing the “perfect” blog theme?
  5. How do you convert as many blog visitors as possible into loyal / regular readers?
  6. Should I make a separate landing page for my blog’s Newsletter Opt-In or should I simply put my actual opt-in form on my blog’s header/sidebar/etc. and hope for the best?

Fresheventures.com is growing speedly, last days you got free review at johnchow blog and know interview with Yaro Starak. Please discuss all your experience here.please give some suggestion for my blog shreeonlinejobs.com Thanks
  • Bisaani, it does take time to grow an audience. I've been into Internet marketing for about 5 years now, so I have experience. If you're new to it, you will need a little time to learn and become acquainted with methods and concepts. It took me a lot of time in the beginning to get it right.

To start, I noticed your blog has no face. I can't find an About Me page or a picture of you. Most blog readers like to become acquainted with the writer - establishing relationships is what blogging is ALL about. Put more of YOU into it and see what results you get.

Hi Keller, I do not know if you still remember me, but I have finally made a better blog for the autism niche. Hopefully now it looks a little better. Anyways, just wanted to drop by. Visit my website when you have time. Oh and I will wait for the 2 other parts as well. :>
  • It looks sooo good Alex! How has traffic and posting been? You enjoying blogging?
  • Where is the answer for those questions? All the questions are so good..Can't wait for the answer
  • The answers are all on the podcast. Let me know if you're experiencing trouble with it.

Keller, Great start for the interview with Yaro. I appreciate you asking my question about transferring my websites to blogs. I do want to do that and I do have a RSS feed right now. However, I need to have someone do it for me. Yaro mentioned hiring someone and he imagined that if I had a RSS feed that I could get it done for about $50. I just don't know how to find someone who can do it for $50. i do want to keep all the URLs the same. DO you have any contacts or can you ask Yaro if he does?
  • Elance and Scriptlance would be good places to start. Oh, and RentACoder. These are websites specifically set up for people to hire freelance writers/developers. You could also visit the WordPress site and look for developers there.
  • Keller,

Great interview! I can't believe you got two hours with Yaro - I am looking forward to the next two parts.

It is interesting to listen to him talk about his earlier days of blogging and then to hear your experience on the same questions.

I especially liked his thoughts on having several niche blogs.

    Keep up the good work!

    Brad
  • Yaro's a great guy, he's been giving away premium quality content on his blog for ages
