Blogging Blues – Having Trouble Building Your Own Engaged Audience?

I’ve read a couple of comments about me recently that have caught my eye. Each discusses how quickly I was able to grow my blog and my audience. Examples include:

See the theme? It seems people aren’t so much impressed by my age or my experience, but rather how quickly my blog has achieved its current success and following. This got me thinking…

How Did FresheVenture.com Grow So Fast?

Hey, if everyone else is asking the question, I might as well too! How did I grow my blog so quickly? Was it being in the right place at the right time? Did I use some sneaky method no one else seems to know about, or did I secretly have the love child of a top Internet marketing guru?

As exciting as some of those reasons sound, none of them are correct (ESPECIALLY the love child!). I simply did what I’ve learned to do over my 5 years of online business experience – and it worked!

Ok, that’s a crappy answer, huh? You want more details, right? Well, I want to give them to you, but I’ll need your help…

You Give Me the Questions and I’ll Give You the Answers!

FresheVenture.com turned 6 months old two weeks ago and I’ve already experienced more than I thought possible. From interviewing Blogging Guru Yaro Starak, to hosting the Best WordPress Design Contest of 2009, my short time in the blogosphere has been exciting and busy!

In this time, a lot of my readers have asked me how I achieved this success and why they aren’t experiencing the same results. Some are downright confused while others are considering shutting down their blogs entirely!
